Its fresh and the pain is at anus. Funnily it has subsided, no more pain or blood. Probably my poop was too big causing the skin around the anus to tear slightly.

I also had bleeding problems after shitting and i never do anal sex. After shitting my skin near the shit exit area easily becomes swollen and bleeding becomes easy. it may be something to do with ur diet.   eat more veggie, fruits and drink more water.

once I do had that too  &  when for operation but of no use because I did not intake 

those soft diet.

Had this problem before due to piles. Doc suggested cut down on chillies as it has effects on swelling of the veins. Stools need water. Drink plenty of water. Papaya and dragon fruits help

 

Dont force it out. Try stool softer if need be. Available in pharmacies.

 

Of course best to seek professional help earlier the better.

When i was in the army, i started to shit with bleed. At times, i need to squat with one leg up and the other on the bowl water tank to let the blood drips in line. Try to face inward rather than facing the normal direction. As it might changed the way from prolong posture of constipation. Smudal oral liquid would be good if not wrong. Fresh bleeding in stool is not as worrisome as dark blackish stool which means the blood had dried up. Fresh blood could be tear or piles related. Dark dried up blood would mean more internal issues. Nevertheless we are not professional in this field, early detection at the doctor would stem out any serious issues lurking, plus save you the worries. #2 - clear each day.. no matter.. how little or dont..

#3- apply cream or whatever wholesome fluid after each flush.. i use jojobo oil, coconut oil. cream etc.. (I try to apply it internally when I apply hand cream and face cream at night now)

#4- I only poop only at home as I usually try to flush it out with water to minimize tear

No need to go to a doctor directly. Just watch first if it will go away from alone.

I had this issue when I was a bit younger in my late 20s. Went to a doctor, just to check because I did not want hemorrhoids to develop. 

But it was in fact nothing serious (but first time something got inserted into my anus, when the doctor was checking, ha ha, just on a side note)

 

The following might have some reader discretion, if you sit at your dinner already maybe move to another thread. LOL

 

Ok. First important is to go toilet to shit as soon as you know it is time. I know we are busy and sometimes, don't go directly and keep it up for some time.

This can cause "constipation" around the anus and press on the area. if it is hard shit, then it can cause bleeding at the end of the bowel.

Second, don't press your shit out, never ever. I know sometimes we are under stress, or late, rushing and I have to get the bus to the mrt, my friends outside waiting to go somewhere or something else.

But take your time at the toilet in the morning (or when you go). The pressing is very bad and can cause the bleeding.

You should verify whether your tissue paper has blood stains, after you wipe your ass clean. Like for me, I actually wiped too much and with too many papers, hence, the area around the anus started bleeding because I literally scratched the skin away from my (obsessive) tissue paper cleaning.

However, some blood in your stool must not mean anything serious. Could be related to something you ate which did not digest properly and "along" the way caused some bleeding while passing through the intestine. Under stress situations constipation can happen more often as well.

 

Read up about what to eat in certain situations.

If you had persistent constipation, then it might have caused the bleeding as well.

Plus never forget to take sufficiently liquids (water) all day long.

 

In fact, even if most guys here are not so much friends with Indian cuisine, but the peas, dahls (yellow split peas), chickpeas and lentils are very healthy things (I m not Indian, but just to mention here) for your digestion. Therefore, a change of your diet might help too or to change your intake of healthy things to support your digestion.

 

 

Your case might be different from mine. Therefore, eventually just seek a specialist and let them check.

 

If you are in your late 40s to 60s I would recommend you to go to a doctor anyway because persistent blood in the stool can mean something growing inside your intestines (must not be harmful).

Hi, sorry to hear that your have hemorrhoids. I used to have the same issue too, but have seen doctor and had minor operation to removed it. BTW mine was internal type and not too serious.

 

After the surgery, I make sure I have enough vege and fruits daily to keep my bowel movement smooth. I try not to take my own sweet time in the toilet when doing big business, always make sure I go in and get it done ASAP.

 

Then after each business, I make sure I wash my anus with water. Then I'll use this Witch Hazel cooling pads to wipe my anus. It provide cooling comfort and witch Hazel help sooth the area.

 

So far 2 years after surgery I feeling OK, no more daily bleeding. No more itchy anus. I also taking a supplement recommended by a frd. This product is call Hem-care.

Just suggesting, you need to do some research to verify my info.

rather go into NS than after a while seek medical treatments thru your camp. During my time, most medical treatments are free or heavily subsidised  if holding army ID. Not sure if that is still the case now.

Bleeding can happen almost each and every time you shit. Mine was bad enough to fill half a cup each time I shit. It will come out with the first push of shit and then it just flow. It will stop after a while as you are still at the toilet bowl or you are squatting. You might have piles as well. You bleed because the shit as it comes out of your anus, it rub and break open the rectum wall where there are small arteries which was healing each day you go shit. I did see my doctor 2 years back, he didnt even see my ass lor. Just hear from my description and give me 1 medicine and 1 cream tube. He told mine should be stage 2 as I told him i dun feel anything drop out from my anus when after toilet visit. So then i apply the cream and stop liao. Now the bleeding is like come and go one and most of the time no pain unless I wipe my anus to hard then the external anus wall will feel pain.

Might be mild case of piles. Also your shit might be too hard. The bigger the turd and harder it is coming out where it really stretches your asshole wide.. that can scrap the rectum wall and cause an old thinner scarred wall to break a few arteries. same some time the whole toliet bowl is in bright red but it dun happen often. Swee, then i can find someone to test liao hehe.

I am speaking from experience I went thru.  So I give you the details.. good and bad but it is everyone's duty to go google or seek professional help if problem persist. As I said many many times here... our bodies might have all the usual parts and organs BUT they are work in slightly different ways. Some heal fasater and some slower, some of us get stimulated in a certain way but another might not....etc
