In addition to PreP that I take daily, my doctor has recently introduced this antibiotic, Doxycycline Hyclate, to be taken after sexual activity to reduce the chances of getting an STI like Chlamydia or syphillis. So if you are sexually active with multiple partners and you are concerned, ask your doctor to prescribe that as a backup.

Yeah. Doxypep is gaining traction as one of the latest developments on this front

Though not a lot of docs recommend this at the moment as they say this is still fairly new, and they want to monitor more for possible effects of antibiotic resistance
