To swim with those structures looming over, 

 

Firstly feels so unromantic like construction site quarry. I like clear unblocked views of the sky. Whether day or night swim.

 

I Have tried,  just cannot relax and feel at ease.

 

So I'll have to stop going.

True. I used to like the old relaxed vibes at Katong pool with nice view of the sunny sky. But the metal structures are just horrendous. So much so that I've stopped going there completely.

COVID is officially over ,yet on active sg web it says

 

All lazy rivers and water features remain closed.

 

Like the katong kids pool is closed. I liked those fishes sprouting water. Can do spa after swim.

How about SAFRA pools? I have never been to SAFRA before (apart from once to TPY pool with a friend)

Hope someone can shed some light on whether its easy to cruise there

Thanks for that lean n mean. Guest meh, I have been to all the SAFRA pools and I think TPY is the most cruisy followed by Tampines.

Haha nice. My one visit there felt a bit cruisy but didn’t really see much, just felt it.

Is is actually dangerous? I’m assuming staff there must be on high alert esp inside the male changing room? Maybe I’ll visit TPY again soon. My SAFRA membership is expiring this August…

I only go to TPY during lunchtime on weekdays. Less families there so I think the staff aren't on high alert as long as you are careful and keep your fun to the showers.

Uncles take very long time dry themselves. Put one leg on the bench, wipe lampa and lanjiao. 

 

Some will turn their bodies towards you, so you get a up close and personal view.  Wipe very slow, long strokes. 

 

The gym has a very nice view overlooking the pooll.

So far, the pool showers quite crowded. Either uncles or students or kids. 

But you do get plus.

 

The hockey showers and gym showers are quite quiet

 Maybe it takes time for all cruisers to know delta reopened.

 

Also some regulars could have departed during the last few years.

Honestly, the quality of guys at SAFRA TPY is good if it’s sunny. Hots of hunks will be tanning. Not sure if a lot of guys will go to Delta, but it could be because it just recently opened

True tat tpy safra has quality guys than delta.

Delta mostly those guys n old boomers tat cannot make it.

I think you should go to TPY during lunchtime and it should be sunny. That’s when I think the most hunks will be around. Too bad I won’t be free to cruise you, lol

Weekday lunchtime may not be crowded I think. But weekends if its sunny, it will be crowded.
