If you are talking about a tour, I would presume you are talking about a packaged tour. 

If so, it would be best to check out the adverts etc. for tours.

If you plan to take an independent trip, then you would need to decide which countries/cities you want to visit, then plan accordingly.

Based on you question, it looks as though you are not familiar with independent travelling, and being so, perhaps you need to discuss with someone directly.  Asking strangers who do not know your preferences would probably confuse you more than help you. 

 

For starters, lets say you fly off to Paris, France, on 13th July 2023 and depart on 17th July 2023 (five days, per your stipulation) - Air France ticket will cost you about SGD1,700.  Accommodation, at say, SGD100 per night for 4 nights will set you back another SGD400 - accommodation in Paris is expensive, that price will cover basic needs, depending on how basic is your basic.  That leaves you just under SGD1,000 for food, travel, entrance fees and souvenirs, which will average out at SGD200 per day.     

I think you can use this framework as a starting point, and Google the information.  Independent travelling requires research and preparation beforehand.  If this proves troublesome, perhaps joining a guided tour would prove much more smooth sailing for your needs.
