Hi guys, I am looking for a clean and easy-going housemate here, for a single male only. 

There is a common room for rent at Fernvale Link, block 413A. 

 

Location: 

1. Walking distance to Seletar Mall, Fernvale & Layar LRT station, North-east line - Sengkang MRT. 
2. Direct buses (50, 163) to Ang Mo Kio, Lentor, Sengkang, as well as Serangoon Nex. 
3. City Direct Bus (671) to city area, eg. Shenton Way, Robinson road, Lau Pa Sat (Only available from Monday to Friday)

 

Convenience:

1. Sheltered walk to Seletar Mall, Sheng Siong supermarket, Fernvale CC, Kopitiam, 24-hr NTUC FairPrice Finest, and Shaw cinema.
2. 3 - 5 mins easy access to Fernvale LRT, Layar LRT.

 

Amenities:

1. Room fit into single/queen size mattress, spacious & build-in wardrobe, with air conditioning, 2GB home wifi, water heater, fridge, washming machine, microwave, oven, TV console, and etc.

 

New Housemate:

1. Male (1 pax) - LGBT housemate, 3 of us including you. 
2. No smoking allowed.
3. No pets allowed. 
4. Cooking allowed, but clean after use.
5. Visitor(s) or friend(s) are welcoming, just inform in advance. 

 

Move in date:

1. Room availability: 1 November 2023
2. Rental per month: S$1,000/- (exclude utilities & wifi) 
3. No owner staying and no agent fees.
4. Utilities and wifi will be shared among tenants (estimated S$100 per month)
5. Furniture: single/queen size mattress are provided.
