situation change lately 

 

there is some development work going on and the large section of carpark (the most cruisy part) has been fenced off.

 

but if one is willing to walk further down (towards the direction of Marina Bay) there are still some hunters around. I went last night, managed to chat n kiss with a guy in biz attire 😊

we romanced in a not too dense scrubs some 50 metre away from those suspicious lamppost….. i went prepared with insect repellents patch, do fo that to enable you enjoying the hot passions in the romantic atmosphere under starlight ☺️

The round cap above the street light posts are light sensors. Early ones would sometimes turn the streetlight on at a certainly darkness but then the streetlight would reflect enough light back to the sensor that it shut off, wash, rinse, repeat. Now they have a delay circuit or a dead band to address that issue.
