Sounds like a subjective question. Just because you like those types, doesn't mean those types will like you. If everyone rejected you even if you are youngish, just means that the crowd at that point in time are not that into you. It all depends on what you like. Younger people will be more into looks and good bods. But some younger will like older too. Yet there is some objectivity in the question.  WE CAN make ourselves more attractive.   There is always the potential to look better and younger. 

 

If you allow me to comment on your picture,  if it is indeed yours,  you have some potential. You will definitely look younger clean shaved.  ( what are those spots around your eyes?)  You can look better with a longer hair.  If you feel you have too little of it,  then DO SOMETHING people do to enhance it.  Countless men in the media enhance their hair with wigs, hair pieces, transplants.  It does not need to be "you",  it can temporarily improve you for your time in the sauna.  A firmer, slimmer body will also result in a slimmer, more youthful face. And if we talk about improving the looks of the body, there are many ways to do so.
