I am RYT500 certified who's dedicated to the spiritual practice of daily meditation and ashtanga yoga practice, since 2018. Also enjoys Yin yoga and reading. The set sequence will allow you to focus on your own body, breath and movement. This is a beginner-friendly, multi-level class which allows practitioners of all ages to develop body awareness, breath awareness, and self-discipline overtime, achieving stillness in the mind while gaining strength and flexibility in the body. Bring please a towel for your sweat and another towel if you're taking a shower. Rate is at $20. Thank you! The charges are as follow: Private 1-to-1 class: $50/session Private 1-to-2 class: $60/session (Each session last between 60 to 90 mins) Private Yin yoga stretches are also available at $50/hour, with poses customized according to your body flexibility and target area.
