Like i say. I do not do like those heavy trainer keep doing non stop.

I do 1 step rest for a while and do another step heavily. My type of gyming style.

I don’t think I’ve ever spent more than an hour and a half in a gym and that’s with tons of breaks! But that’ll explain why I’m so skinny probably haha.

I also wasn’t aware that there was a gym at sports hub. I know there used to be AF at Kallang Wave Mall but it’s interesting that there’s a (presumably) pay per use gym there. It doesn’t get crowded at all?

Skinny is not related on how much effort you spent on gyming your body. Skinny might related to many reason.

From secondary school to adult age 34.

My height is 183cm. And my weight is between 55 to 58kg. If i eat a lot and reach 59kg. Usually i end up sick and strink back to 55kg.

I am tall and skinny regarding how much i spend on carry weight i still skinny.

Until i reach age 34. One of my friend recommend me shaklee product. I manage to gain weight to 65kg.

Basically i am inform something causing us to put on weight in our body that we dunno. So in order to gain weight. You must find the right supplement to cure your body from causing you to gain weight which i dunno which supplement suit you.

When i take the multivitamins from shaklee. Recommended by my friends. I get fever immediately. Then i stop taking. After a while from recover from the fever about a month later. I take the multivitamins and i get fever again. I complain to my friend the supplement is suck causing me having fever everytime i take it.

Then my friend tell me. When he take also have fever the first try but he does not stop taking. The multivitamins is trying to push out our body illness and try to cure it. This is his explanation. I try to believe it. So i take it the third time.

I do not have any fever after that and i start gainning weight combine with other supplements  he recommended.

What he trying to tell me is the reason i cannot gain weight is unknown sickness in our body causing it when we manage to cure it. Our body will start to absorb the protein we take in to gain weight.

I dunno it true or not but it work for me.

So less than half year. I gain weight from average 55 to 58kg my past history weight. To 65kg. My face look pale in the past look better when i gain weight. The supplement stop gainning weight when i reach 65kg to maintain a healthy weight for my height but due to i want to build up my body mass.

I go to buy those bodybuilder gain weight powder and gain another 10kg to 75kg in less than half year. So i gain from 55 -58kg to 75kg in less than 1 year.

My profile pic is what i gain when i reach 75kg.

Eventually when i age. I start to control my diet from gaining more weight because my body now easily absorb from what i eating. I am 181cm and 80kg now.

After writing so much. I only want to explain. Skinny is nothing to do with how much effort you spend on gyming.

When i at age 20s to 30s before age 35. I spend alot of money on gyming and supplement and gain weight powder. All i achieve is strength 6 pack and still skinny.

That my past experience to share.

Thanks for sharing all that. I’ve been experimenting with my eating and working out fairly regularly and I have been gaining weight, but whenever I gain a bit too much fat I get a little insecure haha but it’s all part of the game. Cool that you gained 20kg in a year, I don’t think that would work for me because if I gained 20kg I’ll probably be obese!

but it’s great you’re still keeping healthy and working out nowadays!

20kg is not on tummy haha.😁. Like your body it slim fit 6 pack and look good for your own idea body.

For me i can achieve like what you have when i am 65kg but i want my body to expand bigger in size like bigger chest bigger biceps that only can be done if you gain more weight that are not fat. 😅

Haha I definitely want bigger chest and bigger arms also, but I’m trying to accept the fact that I won’t have a 6 pack forever especially when trying to gain weight. But can always try to lose fat! Just so used to having abs so when I lose them I panic a bit 😅

shouldn’t look so short term and think long term I guess, just need to prepare myself mentally but would be so nice to have a bigger chest and arms! Working on it :)

You can have six pack and bigger chest and arm at the same time if you put in extra effort. I already say on top if you read my earlier messenge. I have no time to train and only focus on my chest.

Kind of lazy now haha only train once per week. Used to train 3 days per week at least when i am 20s to 30s.

Now 46 😆

Yeah I’m aware of that, and did read your message. It’s super hard though to lean bulk, takes a lot of discipline so I rather take the easy way out by gaining more weight then cutting. Haven’t lost my abs 100% yet so I think it’s okay, but it’s true the more effort I put in the better the results.

respect for still working out at 46! I just started properly going to the gym middle of last year, in my 20s now and I wish I did it sooner haha but I’m having fun at least
