I think Sean is from Vietnam, his massage strokes and style seems to rather similar to some other Vietnamese masseur I tried before.

Massage could definitely be harder, he's quite muscular but more on the lean muscular side.

Venue is definitely quite clean, but you can hear the cars that drive by and it gets abit distracting.

 

Might revisit another time does anyone have other masseur to recommend?

FYI, the boss Brendan is himself a veritable Adonis, which is more than can be said of the bosses of the other major houses. So do you expect his guys to be inferior-looking? Certainly not! Dspa can boast of the finest guys in the industry.

 

Empirically speaking, a place is as good as the boss who runs it. Surly, villainous-looking, cunning bosses are as BAD as they look, mark my words!

I had a session with Kevin last night. By the way, his name is not Calvin nor Kelvin, but Kevin 😄

He greeted me with a happy smile and serve me a cup of hot tea when he heard that I have not had dinner yet. After shower, he helped me dry my back before starting with the massage. He is thorough in untying my knots from my legs up to my shoulders and neck. I appreciate his medium and consistent strength used throughout the 90 mins. I felt much refreshed after the session. I appreciate his good skills and customer service rendered which enabled me to sleep very well that night.

Ermm.. think to judge a person's look can be subjective. Had a session with Kevin as no such person as Calvin.  He has a 虎牙as can be seen when he smile. Service wise, he shortchanged me 20mims. I said to myself, " I haven't use the shower,  and u use first." He spat like 3 times during the shower. Seems no good based on your description 

basic good massage is a must

Bad behaviour begets more bad behaviour! Not tipping him for extra services rendered is as despicable as it can get and bragging about it some more is beyond the pale!

Excuse me. Why should I tip him when being short changed almost 30 mins? Will you do that?  I din request for extra services in the beginning,  he offered so I accepted it. I take it that he gave it back for unnecessary short changing my session. 

Dont act noble la. Superficial!

Actually, most of their routines are based on 60 minutes, so 90-minute sessions are essentially redundant. Masseurs will repeat strokes and get bored and the smokers amongst will not be able resist the urge to take a puff! 

 

With no 政府 at the shop or with the ilk of Jimmy or Ivan in charge who are hardly paragons of virtue themselves, there is barely any redress beyond boycott. Dun spend money on duds!

 

Incidentally, Ivan and his minions have been known to say, with supreme arrogance, 你们以为我们在乎网上写什么吗？！

Kevin is one who takes unbridled liberty when he thinks he can get away with it. He can hardly be expected to have consistently satisfactory performance when he is so capricious and lacks self-discipline. With Jimmy, the supervisor, a paragon of vice himself, there is no 政府 at Dsparadise to moderate outrageous behaviour!

Of cos he will tell u no such thing la! Come on leh, who would admit. Well anyway I won't be going back to such places anymore. Back to my preferred therapist. I went there bcos my usual massage place, no scrub. If I wan with scrub go to home based lo.

Bro, dun waste ur money in an establishment where respect and sensitivity are scantily regarded. I was trying to school someone there on the proper use of the term "uncle". I said "uncle" is used by kids to address an adult, not by adults to address another adult. Adults should use "Bro" or the Chinese equivalent 大哥 to address another. He sniggered, "Dun kid yourself, wanting to be called Bro! Where I come from, you would be called Pop!" 

 

You must catch the flavour in Chinese:

哈哈。你在欺骗你自己吗。还叫大哥. 我们在中国都叫大爷或伯伯.

Yes, make a living gambling at the casinos while on the work pass! I dun think they care too much about real work, juz an exceptionally convincing cover.
