I'm giving it a shot ...but...it's my day-03 and it's already so hard ... I went for decent massage yesterday and precum was already leaking non-stop... Thanks for sharing @thepresentfitness The concept and advantages of semen retention of TCM is also similar in Yoga, relating more towards preserving our energy. Although it is not easy for most people, it is certainly possible, with practice and determination. Semen retention is especially important for people on the religious/spiritual path. Having said that, I was told by my teacher that bodily discharge is a natural phenomenon, hence masturbation is not abnormal. However, what's important here is whether we allow ourselves to be addicted to masturbation, or inculcate self-discipline to control our mind, control our urges. If not will be just adding unnecessary stress to your mind and body. I do feel more alert and less easily tired. Will plan for a two or three weeks in the near future. If can one month will go for it. I don't believe the saying of have to eject once a few days. Not all body works the same way. Similarly some people cums everyday and they still feel ok. Assuming one isn’t depressed to begin with and thus the lack of libido is not what is causing the retention of semen, I am sure of the inevitability of point 6, when the geyser finally erupts the recoil will probably propel you backwards. Which are pretty decent benefits for something that is quite fun and free to all. As with all things good for us, I suppose some moderation is in order however.
