Mojohomme
singapore version has the black and white version. the dry white is the original version. rare nowadays as the wet white is well loved by ex malaysian. the black ones also comes in singapore and malaysian version. singapore version have to get to a authentic hokkien restaurant for it while the malaysian version which does not require much braising can be easily found.
