Most prefer fit ripped defined bods..it is different then dad bods...the tightness that make a difference....one tip for u even if u r not a gymer or athletic enough or insecure about your body....take pre workout after your meal then do something that make u sweaty walk etc .. not fun or sex though..then before u sleep creatine with HMB. Trust me few weeks u can see the difference...freelance fitness trainer here haha
