Afterall u need to maintain your GOLD IPPT & your IPPT 2.4km. tempo run & clocking mileage is important. After pray also can gym or run or cruise etc...for me sex plays a part of my fitness regime. Stamina haha So fitness can modified or adjusted accordingly to your lifestyle don't ask someone to do it for u...just do it your way...n u can see the results much better then u FOLLOW...get it?
