Fitness Tips during Ramadan

Tips on how to maintain your fitness or even get gains during Ramadan:

1 - Go light (E.g. Body weight exercises)
2 - Hydration (during breaking fast time)

3 - Good quality sleep
4 - Nutrition importance (balance of lean protein complex carbs healthy fats)

Feel free to share any fitness tips for anyone of you who are trying to get fit during Ramadan.

Oh I eat anything n train everyday fasting or not must be same. It is not an excuse. Afterall u need to maintain your GOLD IPPT & your IPPT 2.4km. tempo run & clocking mileage is important. After pray also can gym or run or cruise etc...for me sex plays a part of my fitness regime. Stamina haha 

 

So fitness can modified or adjusted accordingly to your lifestyle don't ask someone to do it for u...just do it your way...n u can see the results much better then u FOLLOW...get it?
