Honestly, I often fail to understand why certain guys need to expose their whole sex life in public, such as twitter.

A third part are the money makers who try to push you to other sides by showing some snippets. 

 

Then, even if starting a list here 90% of them are later suspended, closed down or blocked by twitter.

True - and it’s not limited to porn accounts.

X’s community guidelines are pretty fair. Any account can get suspended if they violate the rules, whether they're sharing cat memes or, any other content for that matter so I’m not quite sure what point you’re trying to make here.
