Hungrybtms2
Microsoft outage leaves China largely untouched as tech self-sufficiency campaign pays off "It's a testament to China's strategic handling of foreign tech operations," says Josh Kennedy White, a cybersecurity expert based in Singapore. "Microsoft operates in China through a local partner, 21Vianet, which manages its services independently of its global infrastructure. This setup insulates China’s essential services - like banking and aviation - from global disruptions." https://www.yahoo.com/news/microsoft-outage-live-crowdstrike-boss-170429333.html
singalion
The problem starts when too many systems run on the same anti malware apps. It are actually the governments that impose the online security then companies sign up with those common brands . the result is that if there is one issue, it covers the whole planet because all are hooked at a few service providers. I am very sure, China has online issues also. Since when is there any serious transparency from Chinese products or cybersecurity??? If you take a look at data privacy in Mainland China, I am not very sure, companies would intend to switch to Mainland Chinese systems??? haha
