tyan
Hi. Have anyone encountered that the company security team has disabled the usb port. Meaning if one inserted a thumb drive into the laptop’s USB port, it will not be detected. Is there a way to get around it?

I think more and more company are disabling USB ports for security reasons. If you really need to, maybe need to look for wireless storage or online storage instead. HC-B
This happens in some banks. So you can only use company issued thumb drives or portable hard disks. And they’re usually challenging to get your hands on and stuffed to the gills with a plethora of anti-whatevs software.
