I guess that you being an experienced bottom, it does not take much effort to bottom.  Let's say that you take it easy, and only bottom once every 15 minutes, that is, 4 bottoming per hour.  You may be awake 16 hours in the day,  and let's discount 4 hours for meals and other necessities.  So you have 12 hours you can bottom in a day.
