So a supplement of 5000 IU of D3 can be advisable. But in tropical SG, you can get enough from the sun if you walk around naked. 😄 Capsules of fish oil from unidentified sources can be ingested, but a good source of the beneficial Omega-3's and selenium are canned sardines. Omega-3's are important for brain health together with vitamins B1, B6, B12 (sublingual?) and folate. Eyes also benefit from Omega-3's, they say that they increase tear production. Knees should not need to weaken with age. Good exercises for them are: heavy squats, and lunges. These can be done slowly or even stationary (isometric) to strengthen the ligaments in addition to building up muscles. I dunno about other brand i taking invity brand which cost over $300 per month base on 60 capsules. 2 capsules per day. You can feel a lot of difference after you taking for a week to a month. For overall health. A lot of supplements need to be taken like vitamin omega and other for bone skin and eyes. Too much for you to follow up but if you are youngster. Do not take too much supplement.
