Bobi
Anyone takes ginger daily or celery as a health food daily? And how do you take it?
Steve5380
I rarely eat celery, and I plan to eat more ginger but never remember to buy it. YET... I am fully healthy. There are so many health foods!

Raw turmeric is edible. Go to India, purchase the bulb, wash it, and peel the skin before eating it. Try it and report back to us. Ginger can also be eaten raw, but you need to shred them into thin pieces, throw it in your soup and eat with the noodle. Beware, quite spicy as compare to tumeric. Celery, buy a juicer and dump it all in. If you like, throw a slice of ginger, add tumeric powder and frozen banana to create a creamy smoothie. JollyRoger2x2
It’s also known to support digestion and overall immune health, so it can be a helpful choice if you’re already eating healthy but want to take it a step further. Plus, it’s super convenient to have on hand and doesn’t require cooking or prepping like some other superfoods. If you're looking for another great addition to your daily routine, you might want to try barley grass powder. It's packed with nutrients like vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.
