How to disable/remove Windows Photo Viewer using Registry Editor

Hi, could anyone help me, I have problem to edit my photo on window 10 computer, initially after update to Microsoft Photos version 2024.11100.16009.0 I still can edit photo but now I cant so I suspect is the Windows Photo Viewer that I enable using the Registry Editor cause the problem.  How how remove/disable the Window Photo using  Registry Editor?

I try to disable using this  but  the Windows Photo Viewer still there
