Eddie Adrika
Hey there, I’d like to share some insights about why some people in the LGBTQ+ community are attracted to alpha males. Many people in the LGBTQ+ community find alpha males appealing for several reasons: Confidence and Leadership: Alpha males often exude confidence and take on leadership roles, which can be very attractive. Protection and Security: Their perceived strength and assertiveness can make others feel protected and secure. Charisma and Presence: Alpha males tend to have a strong presence and charisma, making them captivating to many. Traditional Masculinity: For some, the traits associated with alpha males align with traditional views of masculinity, which can be appealing. It’s important to remember that attraction is highly individual, and what one person finds appealing might not be the same for another. True strength often comes from empathy and emotional intelligence rather than dominance. Feel free to share your point of view, and we can start a discussion about this alpha male issue. Let’s talk about it! Edited November 13 by Eddie Adrika

Attraction is a very personal thing and can vary widely among individuals, regardless of whether they are part of the LGBTQ+ community or not. There isn’t a lot of specific research comparing the prevalence of attraction to alpha males between LGBTQ+ and non-LGBTQ+ communities. However, both groups can be attracted to alpha males for similar reasons, such as confidence, charisma, and perceived strength. Cultural and social influences also play a role in shaping what traits are considered attractive. Ultimately, it’s important to remember that everyone has unique preferences and experiences. But let’s not forget, everyone has their own unique strengths and charms. It’s not a competition—it’s about finding what works for each person. Kopi Gao
So alpha males need not be muscular, old or young (regardless of age) or even good looking (regardless of looks) etc.? Our boss at workplace can be alpha male, same as our SG Prime Minister (leadership), Elon Musk (power), US president (power), Tim Cook ($$$), top SG bankers ($$$) etc. etc.? 😍 Eddie Adrika

Our boss at workplace can be alpha male, same as our SG Prime Minister (leadership), Elon Musk (power), US president (power), Tim Cook ($$$), top SG bankers ($$$) etc. etc.? 😍 Absolutely, you’ve hit the nail on the head! The concept of an alpha male isn’t limited to physical attributes like muscles or age, nor is it confined to traditional good looks. It’s more about the qualities and behaviors that exude confidence, leadership, and influence. For instance, as you mentioned, our boss at the workplace, the SG Prime Minister, Elon Musk, the US President, Tim Cook, and top bankers all exhibit traits that can be seen as “alpha” in their respective fields. These traits include: Leadership and Decision-Making: They often take charge and make critical decisions. Influence and Power: Their actions and words have a significant impact on others. Success and Wealth: Financial success can also be a factor, as it often comes with a level of influence and respect. A popular culture example is Christian Grey from Fifty Shades of Grey. He embodies the alpha male stereotype with his position as the CEO of a major company, his confidence, and his commanding presence. While this character is a bit of a stereotype, it highlights how these traits are often portrayed in media. However, it’s also important to remember that true strength and leadership often come from empathy, emotional intelligence, and the ability to connect with others on a deeper level. So, while traditional “alpha” traits can be appealing, the most impactful leaders often balance these with compassion and understanding. What do you think? Do you agree that these qualities are what make someone an “alpha” in today’s world?

I take charge when I am in bed with the bottom. Even if the person says he is top, I will still take charge and eventually, ends up fucking the top. A few of them said to me (after sex) that they felt, I am more top than the tops they know. Which is why they allowed me to fuck them. Protection and Security: Their perceived strength and assertiveness can make others feel protected and secure. It's not so much about strength, it's more on the assertiveness. Except I once wrestled a guy on bed and he will only let me fuck if I win. Eventually, I won. Charisma and Presence: Alpha males tend to have a strong presence and charisma, making them captivating to many. I can't say about myself if I have charisma and presence, but I do exude confidence and I do have people who regards me as his idol. But I usually, just brush it off. Traditional Masculinity: For some, the traits associated with alpha males align with traditional views of masculinity, which can be appealing. I had been told I am manly when I used to spot black moustache and goatee at a younger age. Now, older, I spot lots of grey hair and my facial hair are all white. Thank you for sharing your experiences and insights! It’s interesting to see how confidence, assertiveness, and traditional masculinity play a role in attraction within the LGBTQ+ community. Confidence and Leadership: It’s clear that your confidence and ability to take charge are qualities that many find attractive. It’s fascinating how these traits can shift dynamics, even in situations where roles are typically defined. Protection and Security: Your point about assertiveness being more important than physical strength is insightful. It’s great to hear how your assertiveness has made others feel secure and protected. Charisma and Presence: Even if you don’t see yourself as particularly charismatic, the fact that others look up to you speaks volumes about your presence and the impact you have on them. Traditional Masculinity: It’s interesting how perceptions of masculinity can change over time and how they influence attraction. Your journey from a younger, more traditionally masculine appearance to embracing your current look with grey hair and white facial hair is a testament to how attractiveness can evolve. Thanks again for your thoughtful response. It’s always enlightening to hear different perspectives on these topics!
