All along are there b4 titus, those law exist for quite long time, there are bunch of av/gv involved SG actor in jap/us market as well. titus still appear on some AV/GV.

He is just stupid enough to be the boss himself (aka distribute/sell adult content) and catched. just some ppl blindly follow.
