Sometimes being repressed for too long can drive a person crazy and dare to try the stupid things.

It is not sure whether the door is locked or unlocked, but usually the landlord will keep a spare key to the room of the tenant.

This case could not be classified as rape, based on the definition of rape in the eye of the law.  There was also no criminal force applied, so the "victim" enjoyed for 10 minutes to the point of near ejaculation (my guess) before using his leg to kick the accused.
