What i understand is that coming into contact with the fluids + the contact area has skin break. These 2 things must happen simultaneously for there to be a transmission. If one of these 2 is absent, there will be no transmission. I'm puzzled when i read the news. Just rubbing the penis on the buttocks without penetration can bring about a transmission. Anyone knows?
