If if you follow the earlier news, this older Doctor actually has overnight stay over with the younger Doctor at the hotel he supposedly book for 'recovery' after liposuction. Seriously who will allow that? They seems like so chummy, even to JB to eat and relax the next day. Strange ge enough this doctor's secret was 'discovered' by a colleague (I assume fellow doctor or nurse) who then informed the patient. The colleague claimed the older Doctor show the photos blatantly. If I am the older teekoo peh Doctor, I would have only look at the photos in my private time and not bring into office and show the whole world. finally the patient Claim that he let the older Doctor take picture of his cock to study it for augmentation (increase the length). I find the whole story really strange and unbelievable. Anyway the Lao tiko also deserve the sentence for over stepping his boundaries. AHAHAHAHA....I read the article and when it said that the victim is a "Malaysian doctor"....I knew that you are right. MALAYSIANS CANNOT BE TRUSTED!!!!!! I know from my network how many of these new generation trained doctors are gold digging by dating ugly rich old men or even stopping their medical practice so as to move overseas with Some old rich Angmo (especially those doctors from third world countries). lawyers as a profession has also be devalued with over supply of graduates and automation of legal work. The government has already opened doors where hordes of doctors from third world country is coming in. In fact most of the local polyclinics are staffed by them. Even younger Simgsporean GPs are being laid off by the private medical healthcare group as medical tourism has not lived up to its promises. They probably will not be jobless for too long if they go back to the long hours and much lower pay in government sector. Many older GPs have to make money through selling drugs now for genuine medical reasons. Many young ones have gone into aesthetics just to make money. Go private is also no longer a better guarantee you will get more stringent, quality diagnosis and care. YMMV applies even more on today's medical standards in singapore. Guest AAA
SINGAPORE: A prison officer was sentenced to 27 months’ jail on Friday (Aug 12) for repeatedly molesting a male inmate at Admiralty West Prison in 2015. Sergeant Mohamed Faris Osman, 47, was found guilty of nine counts of molest, after he assaulted a 20-year-old inmate over three months, from July to October 2015. Faris’ offences came to light when a fellow officer noticed the inmate seemed "depressed and distressed", "as if he was on the brink of tears", the officer, who coaxed the truth out of the victim, said. In court on Friday, District Judge May Mesenas said Faris had abused his position of authority to harass the inmate. "Being a prison inmate, who was, 'cabined, cribbed and confined', he was clearly vulnerable as he was unable to retaliate whenever (Faris) molested him", Judge Mesenas said. Faris was found guilty in June after a nine-day trial, during which he flatly denied the allegations, including that he had used the antennae of his walkie-talkie to poke the inmate’s buttocks twice, and grabbed, rubbed, slapped and squeezed the inmate’s buttocks and private parts on multiple occasions. When the inmate rebuked him, Faris told the man: “Officer sayang you, why you no sayang officer (sic)?” During his tormentor’s trial, the inmate told the court he felt "humiliated", "bullied" and had an "inferiority complex" as a result of the sexual assaults, court documents state. He said he feared his sentence would be increased if he made a complaint against Faris. Faris, an officer of 27 years, denied the allegations, saying he would not be "so silly" to commit such offences and risk punishment. He has since been interdicted from service, a spokesperson for the Singapore Prison Service confirmed. Judge Mesenas said Faris was "an untruthful witness" who gave inconsistent statements, and was "unable to give sufficiently credible and coherent explanations". In contrast, Judge Mesenas had said the inmate’s evidence was "unusually convincing", noting that he had no motive to bring false allegations against the accused. In fact, "he had been prepared to tolerate these instances of humiliation ... as he did not want his sentence to be (affected)", the judge said. For molest, Faris could have been jailed for up to two years and/or fined or caned, per charge.

GachiMuchi
Security guard had sex with 15-year-old boy -- while his blind grandpa was in next room Posted on 01 September 2016 Elena Chong The Straits Times Aug 30, 2016 A security guard was sentenced to 10 months' jail on Tuesday (Aug 30) for sex with a 15-year-old whom he came to know on a chatline. Kamarul Zaman Othman, 49, admitted to one of three charges of sexual penetration of a minor with his consent at the teen's flat on May 12 last year. A district court heard that Kamarul Zaman and the secondary school student became acquainted with each other via Guy Spy, a mobile chat application, that day. They exchanged contact numbers and agreed to meet for sex that day at the victim's home. When Kamarul Zaman arrived at about 10.30pm, he noticed that the victim looked very young and estimated that he was 15 years old but did not proceed to verify his age. Shortly after, they began kissing in the living room while the victim's grandfather, who is blind, was in the adjoining room. The duo proceeded to a toilet where the victim performed oral sex on Kamarul Zaman. Kamarul Zaman remained in the victim's home for a while before leaving. The offence came to light when the victim, prompted by his mother, lodged a police report eight days later informing that he had sexual encounters with several men. Kamarul Zaman's lawyer, Mr Ranadhir Gupta, assigned by the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, said in mitigation that the victim lured his client to his home. He said the victim was mature enough to know what he was doing though he was below 16 years. Deputy Public Prosecutor Winston Man said regardless of the circumstances that led the accused to the victim's door, Kamarul Zaman realised very quickly that the victim was very young, and yet he continued with the sex. District Judge Tan Jen Tse said the sentence sought by the prosecution was fair. Kamarul Zaman was allowed to defer sentence until Sept 14 to settle his personal affairs. Bail of $15,000 was allowed. He could have been jailed for up to 10 years and fined for sexual penetration of a person below 16 years of age. Guest CKW
Pretty mean of the boy to report to the police when it was a consensual thing. A lot of underage girls also do that. Best to avoid these underage people, because the law always protects them even if they agreed to the sex in the first place. mate69
Guest GUEST
omg......................so MANY m - CASES Man jailed 12 years for stabbing lover to death after victim avoided calls, said he was 'not gay' SINGAPORE - A hairstylist decided to kill his lover of eight years after the latter avoided his calls and told him he was "not gay" when his parents found out about their same-sex relationship and expressed their disapproval. Tan Chee Yeow, 40, was on Monday (Sept 26) sentenced to 12 years' jail after he pleaded guilty to a charge of culpable homicide. He admitted stabbing to death Mr Tan Chin Siong, 48, an assistant vice-president at a local bank, at a walkway near Ang Mo Kio MRT station at about 8am on Sept 4 last year. Both men, who are Malaysians, met in Johor Baru in 2007 and started a romantic relationship, the High Court heard on Monday. That year, the accused moved to Singapore after Mr Tan told him to do so. However, the relationship went downhill about three years before the incident. The accused wanted to be publicly recognised as Mr Tan's partner, but Mr Tan wanted to keep their relationship low-profile and kept it from his parents. The accused, who has a drinking habit, had also threatened to commit suicide several times. Things came to a head on Aug 28 last year - Mr Tan's birthday - when the accused threw a tantrum and nagged at his lover for reneging on his promise to introduce him as his partner to his family members. The next day, the accused called Mr Tan's home in Johor Baru and told the latter's mother about their relationship. Mr Tan's mother was shocked and told the accused that "it was not possible for them". Later, Mr Tan told the accused over the phone that he was not gay and that he wanted to get married and have children. He also accompanied the accused to see a psychiatrist, who told Mr Tan to delay his intended break-up while the accused was on medication to stabilise his emotions. On the morning of Sept 4, the accused headed for Mr Tan's home to look for him, bringing along a knife he had bought a day earlier. At the walkway, the accused pleaded with Mr Tan to break up with him "slowly" as he could not take it but the latter kept quiet. The accused then pleaded with Mr Tan to spend time with him but the latter replied that he had to keep his family company. Sensing that there was little chance of a reconciliation, the accused took out the knife and stabbed his lover twice in the chest and once in the back. A passer-by - who remains unidentified - struggled with the accused, kicked the knife into a drain and scolded him before walking off. A few other passers-by performed cardiopulmonary resuscitation on Mr Tan before paramedics arrived. Mr Tan was pronounced dead in hospital at about 9.15am. The accused, who was wailing about having killed someone, was arrested at the scene. On Monday, Deputy Public Prosecutor Mohamed Faizal sought a jail term of 12 to 14 years. He argued that the accused was not acting on impulse but had made a conscious and deliberate decision to kill his lover. Lawyer Josephus Tan, acting for the accused under the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme, argued for not more than 12 years. The lawyer told the court that the case was about "betrayed love". He said the accused wanted to be recognised as Mr Tan's life partner but Mr Tan never lived up to his promise. The accused also wrote a letter in Chinese, saying he was remorseful and seeking forgiveness from Mr Tan's family. "I really loved him. This is the regret of my life and eternal pain," he wrote. Drama and tragedy aside, what the hairdresser want is a normal relationship that is honest and not filled with secrets and lies. Obviously, that is important to him, and the deceased has dragged him along since 2007. They have had a relationship, and to have the deceased say that the is not gay after so many years is just major denial. Imagine if your parents were to say to you after raising for over 20 years that they are not really your parents but someone else's. How would you feel? There is a lot of hurt, betrayal and disappointment between the 2. While I do not condone the violence and the tragedy, it is definitely something that could have been prevented if the deceased is to be more honest with himself and his family. The advantages to being acknowledged by family and society that you are both in a committed and loving relationship is you never have to lie about who you are, and who your bf/partner is to you. The 2 of you can be actively involved with family life and there is no need to hide. It means no one can use your sexuality to blackmail you or your family. With society, in countries where gay marriage is legal, it means you are recognised as the spouse, and have all legal rights and protection under the law. By keeping your relationship a secret, when the person you are with is someone you love, and want to spend the rest of your life is seems to make it sound like you are embarrassed or ashamed of your relationship. Think of the times when you are too embarrassed to be seen with your parents. Do you want to feel that way with your bf or partner? ZKT279, a1988, mate69 and 1 other 4 Quote Love. Anyway, the point is not about my immaturity, but what I think are the consequences of living a lie. Edited September 26, 2016 by doncoin a1988 1 Quote Love. He had major anxiety disorder and manic depressive disorder, was agitated through bf's abandonment and broken promises and wasn't thinking straight even though he planned the murder. It was a crime of passion, not cold blooded murder. Probably had low IQ and EQ as he didn't do well in school, hence became a hairdresser. Was bullied a lot since young as he was a sissified passive gay and the bullying continued after he moved over to singapore due to the similar homophobic environment. Lastly, he was probably an impatient and impulsive bitch with princess syndrome who was probably brainwashed and poisoned from watching years of korean dramas and other impossible fairytales. gc0805 and spr
