They will be back in court on Dec 8.

 

 

On Nov 25, Shaun Lee, 27, was charged with possessing 300 obscene videos for circulation at his home in Compassvale Walk on Nov 24.

Ali V.P. Mohamed, 45, allegedly had 150 obscene videos for circulation at his flat in Buangkok Crescent on Nov 23.

Both had also been remanded and will appear in court on Friday.

The maximum penalty for the offence is three months' jail and a fine.

Sound like a racket more likely then a simple case of someone who collect so much porn at home for their own viewing alone. To be able to catch someone with so much porn you are either reported by someone who knows you or you are in some business of selling porn by casting to CDs and DVDs to sell. Business is stalling with the internet such a big competition to them that they will rat on each other.

 

And more likely a competitor report you on that to cut competition. This is the least known fact and police sometime never tell you or take credit .... tip-offs are not so much about them doing the hard work of detective crimes alone but because it is a competitor who want to kill off people competing with them. Name a criminal vice activities and for sure this kind of stuff happens. But caught in the mix sometimes are simple heat-of-moment situation where individuals would report on you after you did something to them or felt you did something to them and they want to punish you.

 

On another note(and rant), this is 2016. The age of the internet where porn can be viewed on your devices to jerk off or whatever and then you switch it off and get off the site. And with the ever increasing reach and familiarity of the internet to everyone but the most backward and low brain would want to buy porn to view or keep such a huge collection and yet tell others about it. heh. I know of people in their 60-70s are have access porn online. How many times can you watch the same obvious 'endings'.  The only people I can thin of would be those without internet access like low income construction type worker but how would they get the equipment, room and privacy to watch them hahahah.

 

I know you can be faithful to your husband or wife but to a porn video show and the lead 'actor' that you keep to watch over and over and over again LOL 

 

So will someone raid your home for porn? Most unlikely. I use to have CDs of them 15 years ago which I break and throw away. But seriously, why keep porn if you are just someone who wants to watch, get excited, cum and calm down, switch it off without even watching to the end and go sleep. heh. For that, I rather get new porn each time I do on the internet and enjoy the variety and assurance no one catch me with porn stuff on my devices. According to T, it was around 10pm and the place was deserted.

He told Stomp in a phone interview that he first saw shadows and thought someone was in the toilet cubicle. When he saw two pairs of shoes, he assumed that it was a couple.

T then took a video and only realised that it was in fact two men when he played the clip afterwards.

Said the Stomper:

"I was having a stomachache and rushed to the nearby toilet. While trying to shit, I realised something was wrong somewhere and decided to investigate what was actually happening.

MD faces six drug-related charges

The managing director of a local pharmaceutical company, ICM Pharma, has been hauled to court to face six drug-related charges, including one of trafficking.

Stuart Koe Chi Yeow, who founded lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender news and social networking site Fridae.com in 2000, was first charged in a district court on Sept 23 last year.

The 44-year-old is accused of selling a packet of crystalline substance, later found to contain 0.17g of methamphetamine, to Yeoh Kim Koon for $240, at a Spottiswoode Park Road apartment on Aug 25 last year.

Earlier in the year, on March 23, he allegedly took methamphetamine and was believed to be in possession of a fragment of a tablet containing nimetazepam (Erimin 5).

Koe and another man, John Lee Yung Chun, 38, are also accused of jointly having in their possession 0.09g of a crystalline substance - found to contain methamphetamine - that day.

They also allegedly had in their possession utensils to consume drugs - namely, a glass pipe with an attached rubber tube.

According to court documents, Koe allegedly had in his possession a tablet fragment containing nimetazepam in the Spottiswoode Park Road apartment on Sept 22 last year.

Lee allegedly consumed methamphetamine and nimetazepam on March 23. He is also accused of being in possession of a tablet and two fragments of tablets found to contain nimetazepam that day.

Koe and Lee, who are represented by lawyers Sunil Sudheesan and Diana Ngiam, will be back in court on March 8. Yeoh will return on March 3.

If convicted of drug trafficking, Koe can be jailed for between five and 20 years, and receive between five and 15 strokes of the cane.
