The revival of this thread reminded me about the case involving "Jack" a.k.a. Ebminor / HarshMG a.k.a. TKMetallocene / TKMettallocene. I see he has been busy deleting the vast majority of his old posts and threads on Blowing Wind. In addition, one of his Tumblr accounts has been reduced to a single post linking to an ang mo XXX website, while the other has been completely removed. The weird thing is that he was still making posts seeking more BDSM fun for several weeks after the police report, but recently started covering his tracks so to speak, presumably due to the approach of the court date for his molesting case. Maybe his lawyer finally talked some sense into him.

 

Oddly enough, I suspected it was him when the link to his Locanto "job ad" was posted, because his profiles here used to have very similar wording. I know the moderators don't have time to inspect every member's profile, especially since they change constantly, but his write-up clearly indicated he was looking for guys in JC/Poly/Secondary and anybody in Secondary is obviously <Banned Words> years of age. Perhaps a warning four years ago would have made a difference. Then again, he had many members here begging to be part of his "sessions" but ignored most of those older than 23 or 24, unless they had a very young looking face. This indicates a serious psychological craving.

 

As for those slamming the victim "Francis" and saying he knew what was going on and so forth, put yourself in the shoes of a 17-year-old student who really needs money, and thinks he is answering a legitimate research ad. The victim was shocked and did not know how to react. Within the hour, he sent a message to the police hotline asking for assistance.

 

Fernando pleaded guilty to one charge of sexual assault by penetration.

 

ACCUSED VIOLATED VICTIM IN THE MOST INTIMATE OF WAYS: PROSECUTION

 

Deputy Public Prosecutor Marshall Lim called Fernando's conduct "shocking", asking for at least eight years' jail and four strokes of the cane. 

 

He said that "sexual intimacy involving penetration by or of sexual organs is the closest form of physical human intimacy that may be enjoyed between two individuals".

 

"Because of the intimate nature of contact, parties must consent to engaging in sexual intimacy.

 

In cases where one party has not consented, he or she is also violated in the most intimate of ways," said the prosecutor, adding that this is made worse when the violation takes place in the home, where a person can expect to be safe.

 

Fernando's defence counsel had asked for a custodial term of five years' jail, which the prosecutor called "wholly inadequate".

 

District Judge Kessler Soh sentenced him to six years' jail and three strokes of the cane. He could have been jailed for up to 20 years, fined or caned.

SINGAPORE - A 48-year-old chief executive found guilty of sexually assaulting his son's nine-year-old classmate during a sleepover in 2015, was sentenced to 14 years' jail and 24 strokes of the cane on Friday (Aug 31).

The foreign national, who has been remanded in prison since Aug 6 after his bail was revoked, came to court in a neck brace.

His lawyer, Mr Selva K. Naidu, sought bail after sentencing was passed, saying his client intended to appeal.

 

He detailed how his client had faced considerable physical hardship in prison because of his existing spinal condition. The accused had fallen off an elephant in 2011. Mr Naidu said that on the day the man was taken into custody, he was unable to climb up the prison van and had to be lifted onto the van, which caused a strain on his back. In prison, the man was handcuffed to his bed to prevent him from falling off, but the cuffs were later removed as it exacerbated his condition.

On Aug 10, the day he was originally due to be sentenced, his blood pressure went up and he had to be taken to Changi General Hospital on a stretcher, the lawyer said. Mr Naidu added that his client was prepared to rent a room at a hotel near the Police Cantonment Complex so that he can report to the police daily. However, Justice See Kee Oon denied the request for bail.

 

Chief executive awaiting verdict for sexual assault against boy, faces new charges against another younger boy

In sentencing on Friday, the judge said he was unable to discern any relevant mitigating factors. He said he was not persuaded by defence arguments for concurrent sentences, as the offences were part of a single transaction.

The man, who has three sons, was convicted of committing two counts of sexual assault by penetration of a minor and one count of aggravated molestation.

He cannot be named due to a gag order to protect the identity of the boy, who is now 12.

On Oct 31, 2015, the man and his wife threw a Halloween party at his house.

The male victim, a friend of the youngest son, had a sleepover after the party.

The boy slept on the upper deck of a bunk bed while the son slept on the lower deck.

The victim testified that he pretended to be asleep when the accused entered the room at night, stepped on the lower bunk and touched his genitals.

After the man left and re-entered the room, performing oral sex on him twice, the boy decided to pack his belongings and ask to leave.

When his father came to pick him up, the boy told him what the accused had done to him. A police report was made the next day.

Deputy Public Prosecutor Raja Mohan said the accused's acts had left psychological scars on the victim.

During the trial, the boy's mother testified that all the doors in their home would be closed as her son was afraid that the man would take revenge on them.

She said he repeatedly asked: "Why did God choose me to go through that? You know, it's really unfair."

The 31st day of the month also became a "sensitive date" for the boy, she said.

A year after the offences, she thought things were fine when her son invited three friends over for a Halloween party. However, the boy broke down and cried for three hours, she said.

Two men who pasted degrading photos of another man at his Yishun HDB block and a shopping centre, and distributed nude images of the victim to his neighbours, were on Tuesday (2 October) jailed for their crimes.

Aaron James Ang Jian Hian, 40, and Royston Chua Wei Kwang, 30, both pleaded guilty to one charge each of unlawful stalking under the Protection from Harassment Act.

Ang, an IT consultant, was jailed for six months while Chua, a master sergeant with the military police, was jailed for five months.

A district court heard that Ang, Chua, and a Malaysian man named Patrick Chong added the 33-year-old victim as a ‘friend’ on Facebook sometime in 2014 or 2015, as they were entertained by his Facebook posts and YouTube videos.

The male victim had posted provocative videos on YouTube and Facebook.

Ang, Chua and Chong got to know each other on Facebook as they regularly commented on the victim’s posts. The trio would meet in person occasionally when Chong came to Singapore.

At a meet-up in 2015, the trio decided to create posters of the victim and paste them near his home.

On 22 December 2015, they met at a McDonald’s outlet at Lot 1 Shopping Mall. Ang brought along A4 sized posters containing degrading images of the victim. The posters also contained the victim’s address.

The trio then went to the victim’s block in Yishun. Ang pasted one poster at a lift landing and threw the remaining posters at the ground floor.

The victim’s parents saw the poster at the lift landing and told the victim about it. He then lodged a police report.

Less than two months later, on the night of 9 February 2016, the harassers met again. Chong brought along more copies of the same poster that Ang had earlier pasted. Chong also brought along face masks and hats for them to wear, to avoid detection by the police cameras in the area.

Wearing the masks and hats, the trio went to the floor where the victim stayed. Chong placed one poster outside the victim’s flat and the trio pasted a few posters at various spots in the block. Chong also placed one poster on a vending machine at the void deck.

The next morning, at around 11am, Ang, Chua and Chong went to Northpoint Shopping Centre in Yishun. The three harassers pasted copies of the poster on the walls of the male toilets at the shopping centre. They also placed a poster in a lift, and Ang pasted two posters on the walls of the two basement levels.

The trio then headed to the victim’s HDB block. Ang placed posters outside the victim’s flat, while Chong pasted posters at the lift landing of every floor from level 2 till level 12. The victim and his father later removed the posters at their block.

The next day, Ang and Chong went back to the victim’s block. The duo distributed copies of two flyers into residents’ mailboxes. One of the flyers contained a nude photo of the victim, in which his private parts were clearly visible. The victim had taken the photo in 2014, but did not know how it was leaked.

Ang and Chong then went to another block nearby and Chong pasted one poster near the letterbox.

For engaging in a course of conduct involving acts associated with stalking, which caused harassment to the victim, Ang and Chua could have been fined up to $5,000 and jailed for up to 12 months.

Chong is still at large.
