To tackle K-lined problem can be tricky unless you are able to communicate with galaxy administrators to uplift the ban.

Some steps that you might want to perform:

01. Power Cycle your router and modem

This will clear memory and refresh your IP addresses.

Alternatively, you can just flush your dns.

02. Go to My Network Places > Properties > [select your connection] > Properties > Sharing

By default, there should not be 'Sharing' item. Should you have it, remove ICS [internet Connection Sharing] to

a. TCP ports 1080 (socks),

b. 3128 (http proxy)

c. 8080 (http proxy)

03. If you have hardware firewall, block ports 1080, 3128 and 8080 from the internet side.
