U seem to be a truly KB's supporter or maybe u always enter for free. Why so defensive and work up? As I mentioned, nothing wrong that KB cater for oldies. Actually KB is doing a great job for the community. Their price are very cheap, $6.90 for whole day entry. Their premises also very convenient for ah Kong's, ONLY ONE FLOOR, no need to climb at all. Compare to the others 4 saunas, all have staircase and more than 1 floor. Plus KB has a Jacuzzi pool, ah Kongs can wash backside inside the pool too, so convenient.

 I am using during none peak hour which is 11pm - 9am. First the counter guy said can only use on weekend, then when is on weekend, he said can only use from 5pm - 11pm which is the peak period. Keep giving basket excuse. Why dont he just said the owner has no intention to honor the Free pass. Do we need to make a police report of their ill practice?

It's not about being nice or not to them when they were the ones who were being nasty and gave the hooligan attitude in the first place after being told to have not given out the pass, and no one knows if it's actually a mistake or them cheating.
