I cannot understand what all the fuss is about. I have always find the staffs at keybox very friendly and always have a ready smile at the counter. Have to admit that many a times they are slow in replenishing the condom and it is very inconvenient when u are in the heat of having fun.

the one that is not, is the one who used vulgarities on customer.

after reading this thread, realise got many unkind souls. also got a scary management for a public sauna.

they say they are responsible, but i wonder to who ? customers or themselves ?

pity the worker who work there who does not get paid but given a member card instead as replacement. got such barter trade in Sg ?

go doctor for eczema, eat & apply medicine, else condition will get worst.

If you feel you are grievously hurt by Keybox, I suggest you take it up with them privately or in your own blog/facebook/twitter.

But AWAY from this forum from now on.

3. This Quarrelsome issue and the way it was conducted, is creating a sour mood and a lot of bad energy in this BW forum

And I intend to Stop it HERE and NOW !

Okie dokie, I just checked Keybox's website.

I think it is a routine check conducted which happens now and then. They are offering a free pass to those who were caught in the situation.

However, they mentioned it is in relation to the Stomp article. Though I do not see any mention of Keybox in the article.

I wonder if the rest of the saunas in the city was raided as well ?

We refer to the incident that happened on 26 August 2010 (Thursday), when the police conducted a check on our premises.

During the check, the police officers did not check on any one of the members in the premises. We co-operated with the police officers fully during this incident and understood that they were checking with regards to the recent posting on Stomp of a guy who claimed to have been molested at a sauna in the city area. We clarified with the police that, in accordance with our internal check, we have not received any complaints to date of any patrons who had been molested at our premises as mentioned in the Stomp entry.

We apologise to the members for any inconvenience caused and would extend a complimentary visit for the members who had not checked out of our sauna at 9pm onwards on 26 August 2010. Without a need to be alarmed, we would like to extend our sincere and continuous gratitude to our members for their support and understanding on this matter.

We would like to assure all our members that we are a fully-licensed private mens' club and are lawfully-abiding in our business operations. We look forward to seeing you at Keybox again soon!

1st time I went keybox was 2 months ago and sat went there again second time....i luv the nude sat nites Didn;t know tat there was a police check on thurs.

The actions in the dark maze/room area...whatever u call it...was hot and non stop. However there's a big bed in there but seem like nobody is using it

It's hard to find the lockers when u r new there esp when it's dim inside but the staff and patrons are friendly & helpful...both times i was there someone will just ask me wat's my locker number & tell me where to find it.

I understand tat thurs is also nude nite....it is for older guys or just the same like sat?

Take the instance of the YOG torch ... the gay guy who was supposed to bear the torch but he posted on forums etc, and in the end, he and new urban male the sponsor, was not allowed to bear the torch at the last minute etc.

No lah! Now the public "unhappiness" has more pressing issues to deal with than with gay issues. More important stuff like foreign immigration, paying more for public transport and everything else. Ya!! dunno if ppl blow balloons with condoms in the room or use them as gloves or tool too big, keep on bursting all the condoms. Condoms in every room run out early that evening....weird....

1. Condoms were stolen by those low live people. May be taken them to sell in Geylang. $1 each.

Still it is KB responsibility to replenish the condoms at least once ..... regardless of whatever reason.

It is not as if there are a lot of condoms in the rooms ... maybe 5-6 ... and please on crowded nights, how can 5-6 condoms even be enough ?

No doubt the idea of replenishing the condoms is an easy task, but have anyone thought of whether it is possible for them to do it under the circumstances where they can't even go in to check if its running low?

Suggestion to KB: Maybe it is possible to place a condom dispenser within the maze itself, then in this case, staffs wouldn't have to wait for room to be emptied to replenish the condoms, also guests wouldn't have to come out of the maze to the counter to get condoms.

Yes, THEY should put dispenser on the walls or at least one spot where everyone knows where to get instead of depending on the few condoms in the rooms. Maybe they are trying to save money and cut costs.

I like Keybox though have not been there recently.

But reading the recent posts, I urge the management to consider our feedbacks.

If there is a raid, please, switch on the lights quickly to warn the members.

This is the most basic thing you can do.

No one is asking you to go running around, shouting at the top of your lungs "Ma-Ta Lai Liao! (Police is Here)"

Condoms.

This is so important in this day and age, it cannot be emphasis more.

Please, keep the place clean, stock up on the condoms and warn the patrons of any danger.
