You should have report to the counter and get the staff to warn or ban that nasty uncle but will the counter staff capable to handle such incident?

It has been years since I stepped into KB. Revisited KB just now and realised some layouts have been changed, but not really having much impact. In fact the vanity counter has become too small, only a person can use each time. I also find the lightings at the locker areas too bright.
