There's a treadmill, a multi purpose machine ( for lat pull down, legs extension, chest press, seated row & cable chest fly).. There's also a small silver bar beside this machine for your bicep curls. There's another machine for bench press, overhead press, cable chest fly & a rope for your triceps extension or pull down!
