And then Posted July 14 Report Share Posted July 14 frankly i can't think of any uniquely SG sauna etiquette. it is pretty much same as saunas worldwide maybe the timing, tending to be early starts early, especially weekends, generally 2-3pm already happening. even weekdays, mid afternoons can be pretty good. if you want to use condoms, carry with you when you cruise, to save you the hassle of going to reception or locker to get it. As a tourist, you got to pay an entry fee of SGD$22 each time you visit Keybox.. and of course you'll be provided with a locker to put all your belongings inside. There's no strict rule to follow, so just be yourself and observe the crowd, and then move with the flow.. and if you're keen on someone, just smile and give a light tap and see what happens. Btw, Keybox is open everyday from 12pm to 8am the next morning. Peak crowd usually starts from 6pm onwards.. You can stay overnight inside for free, and the lights are turned on at 7 a.m. and the place is cleared. There are all kinds of middle-aged and elderly people inside. It feels like entering a nursing home, so speechless! There are very few young and good-looking guys, and many of them are walking around in the maze, which is boring. The strong musty smell in some corners is completely inferior to Bangkok R3 and Hong Kong alley bathrooms. Very disappointed. Anyway, I will not choose this bathroom next time.
