During the two full switch-on lights during the Monday 18/9/17 Full Nude Night, one PRC China guy claimed that he lost one extremely valuable and expensive white gold chain with a medium sized diamond cross necklace. It is indeed common for PRC China people in Singapore to make such accusations. Anyone can also claim to loose one big bag of bank notes during that night.

This "lost incident" happened after the installation of the S$800 each CCTV in Keybox. There are several of this S$800 each CCTV installed. How is that even installation of CCTVs that this "lost" still occur?? If it is indeed that the "lost" was real, then no other explanations could be more valid that it is indeed done by an insider job. Keybox has this one master key which can open all of the lockers. Yes, only one key and can open all of the lockers. Quite easily done, if want to. Meaning that more or less it is highly suspicious that the Keybox employees themselves who do this. Hi Vincent,

I took a record of my spectacles as you can see in the picture and post it online as you can see there. I also dun mind to spend a bit to claim my spectacles although eventually the person who found decline the offer.

 

In fact, I took a photo of spect not becos of this purpose but rather to let the spectacle shop know the likely design that I am looking for.

 

I count myself fortunate also as I misplace my iphone at the gym area some time back and managed to get it back from counter. That day, someone else lost a Samsung phone found at counter too but not claimed when I claim mine. I thank the person by offering some rewards but he declined. So I put the money on his exercise bench and say it is just about an entry to KB as my token of appreciation.

Lost of one extremely valuable and expensive white gold chain with a medium sized diamond cross necklace on the Monday 18/9/17 between 8 pm to 10 pm at Keybox, located at 17 Upper Circular Road #01-00 Juta Building, Singapore 058415.

During the two full switch-on lights during the Monday 18/9/17 Full Nude Night, one PRC China guy claimed that he lost one extremely valuable and expensive white gold chain with a medium sized diamond cross necklace. It is indeed common for PRC China people in Singapore to make such accusations. Anyone can also claim to loose one big bag of bank notes during that night.

This "lost incident" happened after the installation of the S$800 each CCTV in Keybox. There are several of this S$800 each CCTV installed. How is that even installation of CCTVs that this "lost" still occur?? If it is indeed that the "lost" was real, then no other explanations could be more valid that it is indeed done by an insider job. Keybox has this one master key which can open all of the lockers. Yes, only one key and can open all of the lockers. Quite easily done, if want to. Meaning that more or less it is highly suspicious that the Keybox employees themselves who do this. That night, only Nick and Martin are on duty. Therefore, highly suspicious it is either one of them, or both that they share the loot themselves. Let the Police investigate this matter.

Yes agree. This is common practice and widely known that hotels, restaurants, spas, Swimming complexes, gyms, saunas, health Centres, Hospitals, Community Centres, ktv, snooker Centres, banks, ect.... aka public common areas. One can not ransom or hold the operator to be responsible for their missing belonging item in all these public areas. One should always take precautions, necessary measures and responsibility to safe keep their own "precious" and "valuable" belonging items.

Really buay tahan to see these posts. Don't understand why "Guest" (assume not from competitor) want to make a big fuss about this and blame other but not himself like a typical old granny.

Hi Vincent,

I took a record of my spectacles as you can see in the picture and post it online as you can see there. I also dun mind to spend a bit to claim my spectacles although eventually the person who found decline the offer.

 

In fact, I took a photo of spect not becos of this purpose but rather to let the spectacle shop know the likely design that I am looking for.

 

I count myself fortunate also as I misplace my iphone at the gym area some time back and managed to get it back from counter. That day, someone else lost a Samsung phone found at counter too but not claimed when I claim mine. I thank the person by offering some rewards but he declined. So I put the money on his exercise bench and say it is just about an entry to KB as my token of appreciation.

 

 

At KB already. No sign of the person at Room # 5 with Vincent's spectacles. Learned that Vincent already made one new pair already.

I do not agree with this Guest Aiyoyo said that it is a public place. Yes, KB is a public place, to certain extent only.

 

The Law on "Premises Liability" states that:

 

Premises liability is a legal theory stating that property owners are liable for accidents / injuries / theft, etc, that occur on their property, in this case, Keybox. The kinds of incidents (such as theft in this case) that may result in premises liability claims can range from a slip and fall in a grocery store or office building to an injury at the zoo.

 

When someone enters your property (Keybox), they have a reasonable expectation of not getting injured or not getting their valuables or personal things stolen. This means that you, as a property owner (or non-owner resident), are responsible for maintaining a relatively safe and non-theft environment.

 

Two simpler examples:

 

(1) Is that if one normal non-intoxicated and of sound-minded person is to cross the road at the valid pedestrian crossing junction of right way, it is of normal reasonable expectation of not getting knocked down by any moving vehicle.

 

(2) Ordering one cup of Coffee at Coffee Shop is normal to assume that after drinking that Coffee, one would not be dead of poisonous Coffee.

Having CCTV doesn't mean no more crimes.  They wear a cap, a wig, cover their head with a towel and you can't recognise them.

Would having a staff guarding the locker area 24/7 deter thefts? 

 

If I'm there, I think I will keep having to walk back to my locker every few minutes to ensure no one else opens my locker.

1) police logo cut and paste.

2) police officer's english proficiency is not so low standard.

3) police will not put down accusation to any body in report without investigation done.

BW should consider to remove fake police report first. And if necessary lodge a police report about "Guest" for forging a police report. That has tarnished the SPF image.

Answering your question on the (1) police logo cut and paste. Yes, it is cut and paste. Only cut and paste here into BW for all to know from the Original Police Report made online. You can also quote the two reference numbers for verifications. Or you can call Police at 999 / 62500000 for verifications if so necessary if you suspect that it is false report. All computers have unique IP Address and it can be easily traced, especially so in Singapore.
