Good News for the regular swimmers at Safra (TPY) - the lap pool is now opened, earlier than expected from the previous notification ☝️.

 

It might be opened for good (just my guess) as the latest notice was only for the closure of the training pool - until 11 Nov 👇.

[you could confirm with the lifeguard when you are swimming there again eh, haha]

On the other hand, the jacuzzi ♨️ is down until 20 July.   *sigh*   :(

Update: miraculously, the jacuzzi is working today!

 

As long as I could have my routine after-workout relaxation, definitely not complaining eh, haha.

Hmm... I didn't hear anything on the changing of parts, so not sure 'what changes' - but the water jet was stronger and the water was hotter today as compared to the past (not the hottest I'd ever experienced though).

 

As long as the jacuzzi works and I get my 'relaxation', that's good enough for me, haha.   :P

[if not, it felt like something was 'missing', haha]

haha as in i asked the counter lady. WIth many make up de. haha she very nice and auntie when chatting with the gymmers

You could let her know to include replacement of broken tiles in their 'next change' - for safety reason eh, haha.

Was at MF Safra yesterday afternoon, Sunday 14Jul for swim around 2 to 4pm. Somebody stole my dark navy blue marcuse swim trunks. If you are reading this, please give it back. Will be there this Sun, same time. Just leave it where you took it from. Give it back. Stealing is wrong. If anyone happen to spot it, please help me leave it on the bench. It is dark navy blue with a white design in the middle front area. Thanks much guys in advance.

Sorry I am just kidding.  M however curious how u lost it? Can't be wearing it than. Also couldn't have taken when u showering as your door might be closed? So did u forget to keep after your shower and left it hanging, only to find it stolen when u remembered and return for it? Did u check with lifeguard? They do keep some of the reported lost and found

That's right, I thought in their recent maintenance, they would be replacing the tiles, since the sharp edges could be dangerous and cut your buttocks eh, haha.

 

Anyway, just be careful using it - in case some people get too excited?   🤭

just left E1 from Yishun. someone got confronted for pacing outside the cubicle after steamroom. is it normal for people who exit steamroom to pace outside the cubicle for the fan in Yishun E1? But the words the guy 1 used seem like he is homophobic. like you got issue with me? you want what from me? why you peek into my cubicle? what you want from me? keep repeating. when guy 2 explained he was not, guy 1 wasn't accepting anything... anybody got such an encounter? guy 2 so poor thing, he was not well and vomiting when i entered the changing room and shortly after standing there got a "scolding" from guy 1. then guy 1 went around the gym telling people and when guy 2 left the toilet everyone looking at him... poor soul. last saw guy 2 talking to the staff. hope he dont get unwanted judge for his future visits...

why go into steamroom if already vomiting and unwell?

It was already opened since about 2 weeks ago eh, which I'd mentioned 👇 as well.
