Actually I find this cruising around in parks etc... just too tedious and unsafe. On the far side of the pond is a road (unsure of it's name) that has a small cul-de-sac that is quite useful if you prefer to stay within your car. A little further along that same road you will see a small pavilion to your left. If you park your car there and walk to the pavilion it is not possible to be seen from the road.

If you walk straight up Changi Sth Avenue 1 from Expo MRT you will reach a canal after approx 600m. To the right you will see the top of a small pavilion next to a keep fit area. This is almost totally secluded from any of the roads and is an ideal area for fun in the hours of darkness.

In the evenings cars tend to park just beyond the pavilion on one side of the pond or in the small cul-de-sac.

You can either have fun in your car, in the area around the pond or in the pavilion that I have just mentioned. (There is also a pavilion nearer the pond but this is a lot more 'open' to unwanted viewers).

I was well and truly fXXXed by a young guy against the pillars of the pavilion last Thurs night. All without a word being hardly spoken! Just the way that I like it - hee hee.
