I have nothing but negative views about aromann mont kiara. I booked there online once and when i got there, the place was closed (it was already their opening hours). Tried calling the number provided and they said no booking was done. After talking a bit, the guy relented and opened the door. He did a half-hearted massage for me and i could tell he was annoyed that i called him that he had to open the spa. The only plus for me is that the facilities seemed better and the rooms more spacious than their other branch. From the reviews i read, this is a common occurence with their branch in mont kiara (not opening up or keeping track of their booking). If you want to try aromann, go to their UOA branch instead, slightly better costumer service there.

I feel you. In fact, I actually booked an appointment and when I arrived, the receptionist didn't even bother to ask anything. He just made me wait for almost 20 minutes just to tell me they can only do a massage for 1 hour because of the sop, even though you can still book for more than 2 hours on their site. Was such a waste of time. Especially with the waiting part.. I really thought it'll be better than other shops

To be honest, thats why I stopped going to aromann. Didn’t really feel appreciated being a customer there..

as I know hotel Istana has been appointed by gov for one of quarantine center. by booking on 30/8 has been moved to Oct, might will be postpone again depend on the situation. I booked during their promotion last month 😅

I mean, I would've understood if they treated me better and not made me wait for 20 minutes.. what is the point of an appointment if I have to wait that long.. 5 mins is fine, but more than 20? Unacceptable. Plus they make you feel like you're unwelcome. It's like he wanted me to leave..

 

Didn't even care to tell me to scan or put my info, didn't ask what massage I wanted, only that he needed to free some beds, but no one was there.. It's obvious he wanted me to leave.. as anyone with the right mind wouldn't stay if they had to wait 20 mins for nothing

after reading one of the posting from our member I decided to staycation at Novotel during the weekend. So having this notti mind I’ve decided to try tantara spa at level 4. Upon arrival I was confuse since the sign outside stated zen spa if I’m not mistaken but the auntie inside shout at me “ ya ya ya this is tantara” luckily no other hotel guest around. So pretending to be naive and check the massage package offered RM100FOR for 1hr and RM140 for 1.5hrs. Decided to go for 1hr massage n male masseur (of course lah) while waiting saw quite good looking guy came out from the massage room n talk to the auntie “finish” which I assumed he’s one of the masseurs who just  finished his work. Cut story short undress n wait for my masseur. Turn out Saddam is my masseur dammmmmn why not that hot guy !!!! Well as described in previous post massage abit sensual, poking my arse hole then lead HJ to end my massage session. Yup I did stroke saddam dick which not that big lah compared to CRV (which just fucked me today) or Cooper my new fave boy hehehe
