if practice safe sex always..probably it could be just a flu or an infection...to clear up your mind, just do an anonymous hiv blood test..its worth compared to keep ‘hanging’ and wondering...hope all good and well. just my two cents.

Normally... you won't recover from high fever if you kena HIV, I mean at least a month. Anyway do a blood test if you have concern. If you kene, it will reflect on your result after 10 days (the fastest.
