That's very generous tipping. I also never do more than b2b and generally I will decline the HJ offer 'cos I already feel satisfied after the massage. If it is a late incall in his apartment, the only thing I would imagine feeling unsafe would be walking out of his apartment, down the stairs, crossing the sidewalk before reaching my car. I assume we can request for his company in this short walk :).
