So yesterday I decided to go for a massage last minute, as I pulled a back muscle on Thursday and by Friday I could hardly turn my body. As it was quite last minute I didn’t manage to get a spot at Healthland or Thai Best, it was all fully booked. I decided to just go to any massage center near my place, and stumbled upon Happy Feet at Uptown which I’ve drove past many times but have yet to try. Since I was out of choices I decided to give it a go, rang them up and asked if they were available. Thankfully they still had slots and I hurried myself over. I asked for a male masseur and was assigned Joshua. Great massage, one of the best I’ve had in a while. Was a bit apprehensive about the liberal use of oil, but he wiped me down with a hot towel after. Healthland used to do this but not anymore since MCO. The massage was a lot of kneading and elbows, it hurts when he presses, but it’s so worth it. And he could feel the tight knots on my back and focused more attention on those areas. It was a great relief after. No hanky panky, and I wore the disposable underwear provided. And today my backache is gone. Now I’ve another massage option around my area. ☺️

wouldn't say I'm a regular as there are other much better hotels out there. But I've stayed there quite a few times and I went back again recently. The crowd is just....man I don't wanna sound cocky but I don't know the right word to describe. Why would people walk around in flip flops (sometimes even room slippers) and talk loudly in common areas? The restaurant Vasco feels more like a kopitiam sometimes with people who have the money to spend but barely know any proper etiquette. Yes, you're right. The hotel is aging badly. Probably got destroyed by the guests.

For me the best actions and welcoming saunas for a chub are the ones in brickfields. Senses Massage and Sentral Massage. But unfortunately they are still not reopened due to RMCO. With it being extended till end of December I hope they will reopen soon

I just used to go to a few sauna, not all of them so here is my observation. Maybe not totally accurate, so take it with a grain of salt.

 

Otot2 - fairly diverse, both bodytype and race. But usually all the pretty boys and muscle gods and daring ones will get the action.  U can try being the daring one. But need to be strong and be prepared to be rejected. Be adventurous. Go to every dark "alley" and feel anybody if they let u. U might get lucky. Not sure if open fully yet or not.

 

Senses - mostly chinese dudes. Then maybe 1 or 2 malay and indian. Bodytype varies. If u r into chinese daddies, this might be ur place. Not many people tho. Not sure if open

 

Chakran - mostly indian. Some malay. Sometimes chinese 1 or 2. Bodytype from average to chunky. Sometimes twinks will come in.Sometimes foregners will come in. Hard to get action. But things can get raunchy in the steam room, only if there is someone willing to start. Otherwise u might just waste time waiting. Open from 5 till 9pm i think?

 

Sentral - my fave for now. But the sauna condition can be filthy at times. Avoid the 2 dark toilet in the middle of the sauna. Crowd very varied, both body type and races and nationality. But more chances of finding malays than any other sauna besides otot2. But dont expect pretty people like in otot2. There are nice daddies tho. And many chubbies. But there will be 1 or 2 persistant bastard that keep pestering u eventho u push them away a few times. Too bad still closed for now

 

Kakiku - went thre 1 time only. Not crowded. Varying race. Body type cant determine, cuz too few people to judge. Place too big imho. There is very big dark space. Not so fun as otot2 cuz large space discourage body contact.

 

So for u - maybe go to otot2 if u r chubby but goodlooking and young. Go to sense if ur chinese and prefer chinese. Go to chakran if u like dark skinned daddies and other chubbies. Go to sentral if u want more chance of malay and foreigners( but no guarantees.) 

 

hope there is other that can comment on other sauna i havent been to.

Went to mandi Manda today 😁 My overall experience was great 👍🏻 Perhaps it’s Saturday, so there are much more people. The crowds there are mostly Chinese. Lucky enough, I was able to have light fun w 2 Chinese guys, and anal w 2 other guys. Guess I’m cute enough, so there were several guys following me and approached me :P Happy to know that I have my market hahahhaha
