When you point up the value, then I just realized. basically I spent for sex, on top of paying for MB, Sauna entrance and all.  
 

Herd immunity is currently impossible as there’s no vaccine. Currently, the natural antibodies cannot keep up and fight hiv efficiently. On personal level, PrEP protection efficiency is up 99%, with daily intake. Up to 88% if following ‘on-demand’ routine.
 

However being on PrEP does not mean youa can all breed and got bred raw. There still other STD around that are more easily transmitted than HIV (HIV is sensitive. The need to be passed on with direct contact. They cannot survive the out-of-body environment).
 

I still use condom even though on PrEP and will make sure that I am at least on 5 consecutive days before having sex. If you are skipping, there’s chance of you get infected and the virus mutated and become resistant to PrEP. That’s why the efficiency is publish as 99% because there HIV strains that resistant to PrEP.

 

all in all, safe sex is not cheap. But better be safe than sorry.
