It depends on whether you like the massage session or skill that the masseur provides. 

There's no min tips that you need to pay as i know.

I have been to Tantra and it was decent. The massage was good. I was only there for a good massage that day. I had the Sabahan masseur, Danish, because I asked for someone with strong hands and that is whom the lady at the front desk recommended.  When the massage was over the masseur put his hand on my dick to see if I was hard. He was obviously checking whether I wanted extras, since I had not given a sign during the massage.
