After reading some of the comments here about the new opening Kakiku, I tried it myself today. 

 

There is no more individual rooms and dark room which has renovated to two separate open/seating areas. New opening for steam room and newly built sauna is where the open shower in front of the steam room. 

 

The overall concept is like japanese onsen, which I quite like it because it is something new in KL. And enjoying the fundoshi experience as i know can just walk and relax my body just wearing that. Hahaha.

 

Just they should renovate the jacuzzi too and make it bigger to cater more people in it. The idea of having a seated shower area is to clean yourself before entering the hot jacuzzi. There are two section of seated shower area, a lot, but the jacuzzi remain as its previous size. Weird. 

 

The crowd was good, around 10-15 people, mix crowd and manage to have light fun too hahaha. Since there is no more individual room, they had fun in the toilet and also open area from the steamroom to the another shower cubicle. Since the door to the previous dark room on the left is locked. 

 

Im sure the will open more area in the future, but the overall concept of japanese onsen is something interesting to try.

Agree. Went and love the new concept. Renovations cost a lot especially the jacuzzi. Overall, you can have fun as they have secret room inside the steam room.

Hi, I'm travelling to KL in Jan next year. I'm supposed to get medical professional to do ART tests on me on the 3rd and 5th day. Can I know which accredited medical centres or clinics in KL offer to do ART tests for travellers.  Thanks.

In Brickfields previously there are 2 centers with uncles.

PB massage is 2 floors - 1st floor massage rooms and 2nd floor sauna. There is a sauna, steam room, sort of relaxing room and individual shower cubicles. Lots of uncles

Super Blind has a small sauna room and a couple of shower cubicles. Mix crowd 

Last time I went was before MCO but I think they are still in operation

Thanks for the Info.

I did call PB recently (a month ago) and they told me they sauna / steam rooms is closed due to covid SOP but the massage was available

Not sure about super blind.

Need to call their number before entry. Booking starting from 12pm noon and operation hr from 3-8 or 9 I forgot, RM 40 per entry. This what I saw in their website la.

Kakiku provide Fundoshi style underwear or a 6ft cloth to tie the Fundoshi by self? the Fundoshi is one time / single use or recycle using by Kakiku?

 

Can we just wearing Fundoshi to walking around? but why they also provide the Onsen Yukata, they want to change to proper sauna?

 

Kakiku got provide Onsen ( hot water tube)?

 

Any one can share the experiences with the New Kakiku.

Oops has more of the beautiful people and it is relatively clean with all the cubicles as well.

 

Kakiku is probably more welcoming to diverse body shapes but it may not be as cruisy. Yea the Japanese onsen theme is quite nice.

 

I never get lucky in these places as I find walking around in circles a bit idiotic and I’d like a full course not just an appetizer. If u appreciate the actual spa experience then all good. It’s good for your blood circulation.

Not sure if this the right place to ask this question but since this is under "Places to Visit" category.

 

Is there any recommendations for hourly rate hotels in Brickfields? Preferably one where only 1 person to check-in and my partner can just use walk up the stairs or elevator. Thanks.

Agreed. Walking around like an hungry lusting guy and standing at the dark corner for ppl to pick is like "a whore standing waiting for business" in old days HK movies. Really not my style. 

I more prefer the full course with meeting someone u see clearly and clicked , chat a bit and into a proper lightning room before something nice happening. :)

He did full sensual massage and prostate. 

 

Seems like he is so busy and not available most of the time. Just want to check if any of you guys had any experience with him before Im trying again to get my slot.

He looks quite decent, been considering to try but the price is steep and he said “not encouraged to cum”
 

So… I have not tried yet. Talked to him recently he said he rented a place at Kelana Jaya now. Used to be in his condo in Cheras. 
 

from the description it sounds like prostate massage is part of his treatment

Turn left after paradigm mall, there are some shop lots. It is located in a shop lot that is facing inside and not the road. 
 

Uncles, twinks, bears, monkeys, chubs. Very diverse crowd but small place
