If you guys seriously wants to find a partner via personals, there are a few things you might want to check before you proceed.
1. Check your ego! Ego is a very damaging attribute for anyone searching for a partner.
2. Check yourself. Do not do unto others what you don't want others do unto you!
3. Check your emotions. Are you emotionally strong to accept rejection and criticism? 

4. Check why you want a partner? Because you are lonely? That is not a good enough reason to look for a partner. Neither is wanting someone to take care / Love YOU. One should be able to take care of one self before embarking on the search for a partner and one should love oneself first before you can love others.
5.  Relationship takes time. It may take months and some even years to get to know one another before one can truly accept someone into one's life. There are no short-cuts, therefore, take your time.
