It has no right whatsoever. Recently read this in a related blog. Those who believe in crusading prophets wld be wise to take note -Talking about being dangerous” indeed. Withhold your money to them till it come true FIRST.If you don't get the watch working the way it was claimed to work, would you buy it still? There surely must be some reason why she was not charged.One possibility is that although she threw away tons of money they gave her (directly and indirectly),she was not involved in the fraud this trial is about, and she took and used the money in good faith.Those are a lot of if's, and a good prosecutor could see through them. One good thing if she is charged and found guilty, is that she could maybe share the same cell with her husband, and do her duty as spouse.
