I want Channel 5 to bring back Desperate Housewives!! I think they removed it due to overwhelming "Mature Themes" which must have been more prominent in the later seasons. I'm talking about the gay couple and eventually a lesbian couple who moved into Mysteria Lane (?).

How much I miss the witty lines and Gaby's character. Or rather her hot husband! Hahaha!

I like APPRENTICE and see Mr Trump screw those rich apprentices until their pants drop. Since I cannot stand Hao Lian people and my life is a total screw up. This show is really an anti depressant for me. Is there any latest episode for this series? I am hooked!

I haven't really watched anything seriously since Prison break III, and plan to watch IV sometime soon.

My favourite series are the older ones like the practice, Ally mcbeal, ER and also most of the HBO original series like the Sopranos. For some reason though I really loved Roswell from the early 2000s. I probably was a naive teenager back then but I thought Shiri Appleby and Jason Behr were seriously hot.

No one , no one, and I repeat no one can hold a candle to the real Madonna.

Her kick ass attitude to her detractors , her defiance and disdain for the religion she was brought upwith, and she gets paid big bucks for all she does.

Even if she rubs her own nipples on MTV she will get paid, she squeezes her tits togther with her upper arm in a suggestive manner she gets paid by MTV.

She just knows how to milk every drop of publicity good, bad ,profane , religious insults and she really knows how to work the American audience to the last drop.

And when her popularity and desirabilty in American was starting to slide , she just uprooted herself and married Sir GUY Ritchie and earning herself

well no one is intending to replace her...

Madonna likes "Glee" so much that she allows Glee to have access to all her songs, such that there will be a upcoming episode with only Madonna's song. search youtube with glee and madonna and listen to the new rendition to Madonna's classic.

I really like Seinfeld. It's really a show about nothing. I can't remember an episode which I don't like. The one wwith the 'Bro'. The one with the 'Haircut', the 'Fluffy Shirt', the one where George got caught by his mom 'Treating his body like an amusement park', 'The one with Eileen and the 'Indian Statue', the one in the 'Shopping mall basement carpark'

I also love Survivor 1. It's a classic, before they milk it dry and the strategy got predictable.

If the network TV showed, '2 and a 1/2 Men', I will also watch it. It's easy to digest.

When I was young-er, I used to watch 'China Beach' and 'V'. Going back further, I watched 'Hart-to-Hart', Lee Major's '6 Million Dollar Man', 'Charlie's Angels', '21 Jumpstreet', 'ER', 'Homicide.. Life on the Street', 'Law and Order....(before it sucked)', etc...

In the 90s, things started going downhill, with stuff like Kevin Sorbo's 'Hercules' and 'Xena- the Princess Warrior'

On the contrary, I've never been able to sit through an episode of 24. Maximum time is maybe 5 mins. Nor do I really believed in 'CSI', who seem to pretend they are all that smart.

I also never got the whole idea about Star Trek, although I sat through a lot of episodes with Jean Luc Picard and his good looking first officer in 'Star Trek - The Next Generation'.

Then there was 'Spencer for Hire' which was mostly about the late Robert Urich. Too bad he died at 55 from cancer.

The best mini series I watched is probably 'Lonesome Dove'.

I'm not a fan of the current crop of shit they put out on tv these days, like 'Heroes'. I rather watch Mr Bean re-runs, NBA matches, MMA fights or Champion's League football. Man vs Wild is also very entertaining and realistic.

Oh Yeah, and how about that 'MacGyver'. He really showed us there's a zillion ways to solve a crisis without the use of an automatic weapon. It's a classic and I wouldn't want Hollywood to come up with a crap remake like what they are doing now.

I would like to poll and find out .

American Television program wATCHERS would not watch British BBc programs and vice versa.

I find American programs has a fixed predictability.

British BBC comedies can be outrageous and witty and unpolitically correct to the point of causing racial riots and they still believe in free speech.

watching BBc programs poke fun at people of minority race on British TV to educate white English people of bigotry and racial discrimination happening everyday in UK daily life to inform people is both hilarious and edifying .

Just watch you tube and search for clips of British comedies and you will be ammazed with what the Brits can get away with on TV.

In comparison the Americans and their TV programs appear to be prudish and infantile and does not challenge audience's mind.

Wow an interesting thread that is going on. Anyway, I love anything that has Tina Fey involved. She's a humourous genius. 30 Rock will be it. Oh, and Ugly Betty. I have to admit I was upset that ABC cancelled the show. For British shows, the only one that I've been following was Little Britain. Bloody funny.

If the world don't suck we'd all fall off.

i do kinda agree with you, but well, thats just whats makes it work.. cliches are sometimes relevant in making a hit.

and reinforcing stereotypes against minorities do bring a common relation with the majority of Britain.. though im sure some of the minorities do get a laugh as well, sad really.

But i do love both american and british humour.. that i must say.. :DD

Oh shit yes Mike Vogel is hot. I remember seeing on Poseidon and all that was in my mind when I left the movies was "freaking google who that person is". And he is one of the reason (among many) why I chose to watch Cloverfield.

I did watch Desperate Housewives on Channel 5 back then, but then Internet soon took over my life and I stopped watching it because I was hooked to other series. Partially to blame: Prison Break, which I never quite finished. And CSI. And Grey's Anatomy. I'm halfway through all of them :/ yikes.

[Edit] I have to admit a small part of me died when Ugly Betty ended. It was a nice show though! It is one of the shows that I really, really adore.
