Baloo
I tried this... very nice...one slab packed salmon steak from ntuc (around $5 to $7 depending on size)one tablespoon extra virgin olive oil to coat the surface of the salmonone teaspoon of Lemon Pepper liberally sprinkled on both surfaceswrap salmon in aluminum foil completelyput into toaster oven and grill for 12-15 minutes.goes well with rice... or by itself... damn fast, damn tasty, damn healthy...NO salt needed.Optional to put garlic powder and ginger powder, but too many additional stuff overpowers the taste of salmon... the lemon pepper already super fragrant... u can also chop fresh garlic/ginger... but the essence here is fast... prep within 3 minutes, cook in less than 15 minutes... Baloo
U can get lemon pepper in the condiments section where they put powdered pepper, spices, garlic powder, etc. in Cold Storage and town area supermarkets. NTUC - dun seem to carry it... The brand shud be McCormick or MasterFoods or ducros... I saw it on shelves of the better stocked supermarkets.sorry I can't be more specific becos I got a stash from Australia called GFresh in 'industrial sized' pack... Guest teriyaki
Another alternative is to marinate it with teriyaki sauce. But make sure to buy a good brand of teriyaki sauce. I usually eat it with rice and a bowl of salad.

cock brand
Any other use for this lemon pepper? Wanna know as I don't want to get a bottle just for the salmon. Thanks. Its actually more of a flavoured table salt, so you can use it as one.Its good with mayonnaise salad and with scrambled eggs too.I sprinkled some on my cut fruit salad - papaya/pineapple/rock melon, taste good too.Just be a bit more adventurous and imaginative, thats all. castaway
Just curious if you tried to grill it with black pepper first, then when you eat, cut a fresh lemon and squeeze it on TOP, does it taste better + fresh ? :thumb: Lemon Pepper seasoning looks like mayonnaise to me @ CB : what will you put to mix those fruit ? (salt, sugar, pepper, ...) ???The fruit salads sounds delicious + fruity to me  . Will it become like fruit juice ?
