oralb Posted March 25, 2010 Report Share Posted March 25, 2010 nope the telcos will have ALL the records of your SMS and MMS...they will and can only release the info when the case is criminal case or under court's order.As for using in court, it will depend on the condition of the messages and other factors. Guest SMS_Virus Posted April 24, 2010 Report Share Posted April 24, 2010 Gd Morning to all,anyone can help me or explain about the sms i received last night in mid nite 2am,i wonder this person is sending Virus Spam to mobile phones or whats the intention.before i open this sms i saw the messege text roll over on my mobile screenwritten " AUDIO DRIVE"when i open i was Shock to read text as :"commw.sis quarantined due to suspected VirusLive 3Ddriver with Polyphonic Virture Speakers!"the above text appear in this sms was what i received last night!i am suscriber of M1, i already file a report to them,wonder should i file a report to Police?i didnt know Mobile phone also can spread Virus as like Computers!
