There is nothing to worry, the patrons and the staff there are very normal people and will not make fun of you, they are always friendly.

When you walk up, you will reach a counter. The staff will ask you to pay $12 or 15. They will ask your name, I always say "Roger Ong". They will provide you with a tower and tell you one visit lasts 12 hours. You can ask them where is the locker/ changing room. After changing, you are free to roam about the various floors for a few hours until you decide to go home.

When you have finished roaming and are ready to leave, change back to your normal clothes and return the towel to the counter. If you like it, return another day.

I have zero link with the management.

I agree totally about not complaining 2 d authorities. Sg practice tolerance hence eg we still hv brothels in red light district. As long as there's no complain, they'll let things be. But once a complain is lodged, then they're "forced" to do something. Tt will put unnecessary pressures on us who're already marginalized as a group.

 

We'll always be unhappy with many places like hotels, restaurants, etc, where we pay money but get bad services, food, facilities, etc. Complain to d mgmt & if nothing is done, then vote with your feet then.
